About the role
- Administrative management of service cases
- Opening, closing and invoicing of each service case
- Documenting and processing warranties for interventions performed by workshop and field staff
- Managing replacement procedures related to service cases
- Invoicing and returns of spare parts
- Other ad-hoc duties and administrative support to the Mechanics Coordinator
- Managing technicians' occupational risk / health & safety documentation
- Maintaining the database of pending and completed service reports
- Follow-up and claims on after-sales invoices
Requirements
- Native Portuguese speaker
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Office 365
- Good communication skills
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
