About the role

  • Administrative management of service cases
  • Opening, closing and invoicing of each service case
  • Documenting and processing warranties for interventions performed by workshop and field staff
  • Managing replacement procedures related to service cases
  • Invoicing and returns of spare parts
  • Other ad-hoc duties and administrative support to the Mechanics Coordinator
  • Managing technicians' occupational risk / health & safety documentation
  • Maintaining the database of pending and completed service reports
  • Follow-up and claims on after-sales invoices

Requirements

  • Native Portuguese speaker
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
