About the role

  • Strategic management and development of defined key accounts and selected sales partners
  • Establish, maintain and expand long-term customer relationships
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers to expand the customer base
  • Planning and implementation of appropriate sales measures and campaigns
  • Identification of customer needs, market trends and business opportunities
  • Initiation and support of projects from requirements analysis through to handover
  • Independent responsibility for pricing, contract negotiations and product positioning
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical or engineering discipline (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering)
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in E-Drive Systems or Electronics
  • Technical understanding and the ability to identify customer needs and market opportunities
  • Confident presence with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Business-fluent German and English.
