About the role

  • Lead and develop a service team of qualified service technicians
  • Plan and coordinate service activities and resources
  • Optimize processes to deliver high-quality service, effective problem solving, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage administrative routines: budgeting, invoicing, cost approvals, reporting, and travel expense reconciliation
  • Oversee spare parts inventory, warranty claims, returns, and service vehicles
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders at the Liebherr factory in Germany, including annual visits

Requirements

  • Technical education and a deep understanding of service operations in a technical or mechanical environment
  • Experience as a service manager in a complex technical service organization
  • Good IT skills (ERP systems and MS Office)
  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate, coach and develop individuals and teams
