About the role

  • Development and implementation of applications primarily on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Gathering detailed requirements in close coordination with the business units
  • Designing the software architecture and necessary data integrations
  • Ensuring and implementing data and information protection requirements as well as internal security policies
  • Organizing and supporting testing activities
  • Creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation
  • Responsibility for the entire application lifecycle, including maintenance and further development
  • Monitoring and performance analysis of applications for proactive error detection and resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with development standards and best practices within the team
  • Contributing to the strategic further development of the Power Platform architecture within the company

Requirements

  • Completed training in computer science with additional qualifications or alternatively a degree in business informatics or computer science
  • Professional experience as a platform developer
  • Knowledge of, and ideally practical experience with, other development platforms and programming environments
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Power BI, Canvas Apps, SharePoint and Power Automate is desirable
  • Experience in agile project management and process management
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • High degree of initiative, team spirit and flexibility, as well as good communication skills
