About the role

  • Lead the requirements analysis with various departments, document user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the deployment of the WMS and ensure seamless integration with the ERP and adjacent systems.
  • Promote continuous improvement and provide reliable L2 support.
  • Triage and resolve ERP tickets (levels 2 and 3), coordinate IT service teams and partners.
  • Assist the business in preparing project requests and establishing cost-benefit calculations, in close collaboration with IT architecture and the chief architect.
  • Support during audits and the implementation of the internal control system, if needed.
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and help monitor expenditures.
  • Generate purchase orders and track them through our system, coordinating supplier relationships.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure IT support outside normal working hours.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP is essential; experience with a WMS is a plus
  • Strong process orientation and good knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira are a plus
  • Understanding of data and integrations
  • Interpersonal skills: clear communicator, structured, proactive, comfortable coordinating between business and IT teams.
  • Languages: English B2 required, German appreciated.
