About the role
- Technically competent point of contact for customers in the service area (primarily Vienna and Lower Austria)
- Independently perform service and repair work on Liebherr refrigeration and freezer appliances
- Provide comprehensive advice to customers on product usage and accessories
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in an electrical/technical field (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, refrigeration technology or similar)
- Ideally, professional experience as a field service technician
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- Strong customer focus, ability to work independently, and flexibility
