Engineer

• Develop and design repair solutions for our entire MRO product portfolio (flight control, environmental control and landing gear components)
• Provide close support and oversight of the repair shop in all matters
• Support inspections and damage analyses to enable quick, timely decisions on damage findings and repairs
• Create engineering requests and assist in developing solutions
• Optimize repair processes in collaboration with MRO work preparation and cost engineering
• Contribute to the motto “repair rather than discard”: Use as is > Repair > Replace
