About the role
- Administration of the IT infrastructure
- Maintenance and optimization of client, server, and network architecture
- Maintenance of IT asset management and administration of user accounts
- Deployment, cabling, and maintenance of IT equipment
- Support for IT security
- Technical support (1st level) for all employees
- Provisioning and setup of laptops for employees
- Development and operation of automation scripts (GitOps)
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or alternatively a vocational (IT) qualification with initial professional experience
- Experience in technical support and in creating automation scripts
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST is advantageous
- Teamwork, initiative, and strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
