• Arrange external processing tasks for production parts with suppliers following coordination with internal departments
• Process orders in the system, including order verification and tracking, cancellations, and schedule and quantity changes
• Coordinate shipping and delivery dates with internal production order control
• Create detailed monthly supplier capacity plans and monitor delivery dates
• Verify invoices and agree upon and approve order-related additional costs
• Plan temporary relocations after coordination with internal departments
