About the role

  • Function as the primary point of contact for business departments
  • Prepare requirements analyses within the logistics domain
  • Maintain and further develop roadmaps in the logistics area
  • Facilitate solution design with IT solution architects and external partners
  • Support implementation and provide training for key users
  • Support the Expert Teams of COT
  • Test changes and maintain documentation
  • Analyze project requests and service requests

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
  • Experience in requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of complex logistics processes and IT consulting is desirable
  • Good proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Business-fluent German and English skills
  • Analytical thinking as well as strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Willingness to travel
