About the role
- Support company initiatives to maintain accurate and compliant inventory records.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across supply chain, merchandising, store operations, and distribution centers.
- Assist in maintaining synchronization between warehouse management and inventory management systems.
- Monitor inventory adjustments and analyze trends to identify potential control gaps or process issues.
- Partner with Accounts Payable and other departments to resolve invoice and transaction discrepancies.
- Perform analysis to identify root causes of inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain organized documentation and records supporting inventory compliance activities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
- Support adherence to company inventory policies, procedures, and internal control standards.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience or related education preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate a computer and relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze discrepancies and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance and performance standards.
