Requirements

- Analytical curiosity: You’re comfortable working with data and systems, and you’re energised by turning complexity into clarity.
- Tech comfort: You’re not a developer, but you’re comfortable working with tools and systems and enjoy learning new software.
- Fixer instinct: You’re pragmatic and structured, especially under pressure. You fix things properly rather than patching and moving on.
- Collaborative by default: You work well across technical and non-technical teams and understand that good systems are built together.
- Language: Fluent in both German and English (written and verbal).
