About the role
- Teaching of core qualifications in system technology
- Learning system administration and maintenance of hardware and software
- Supporting the IT team with the implementation, documentation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure
- Installation and maintenance of hardware and software
- Assisting employees in troubleshooting system faults
- Serve as the helpdesk contact for general IT issues
Requirements
- At least a good intermediate school-leaving certificate
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong interest in IT and good technical understanding
- Ideally some basic knowledge in system and network administration
- Open, team-oriented and communicative personality
- Reliable working style
- High willingness to learn and ability to acquire knowledge independently
