About the role
- Define and prioritise product roadmap and manage product backlog in collaboration with the Product Lead.
- Translate epics into user stories with acceptance criteria; lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and release planning.
- Engage users and stakeholders to discover needs, translate them into requirements, and validate features with research and data.
- Map and improve onboarding and tokenisation workflows, embedding regulatory considerations.
- Own development pipeline from discovery through launch; set delivery milestones, track dependencies and manage risks.
- Facilitate testing, quality assurance, go-live readiness, and coordinate training and operational hand-over.
- Act as voice of the customer; gather feedback and provide updates, demos and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to align product capabilities with market needs and sales pipeline impacts.
- Develop deep understanding of KAIO architecture, smart-contract design and multi-chain interoperability; advise on technical feasibility.
- Bridge non-technical stakeholders and development teams; stay current with blockchain and financial-services trends to inform product innovations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products on time and within scope.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain protocols and smart-contract development, with experience applying these technologies to capital markets, tokenisation and DeFi infrastructure.
- Experience working with regulatory/compliance teams and understanding of fund structures or asset-management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to turn strategic concepts into executable plans.
- Proficient with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), backlog management tools (e.g., Jira), and product analytics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities and a high degree of autonomy.
- Strategic vision and ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Technical acumen bridging on-chain protocol design, multi-chain interoperability, and capital markets integrations.
- Prioritisation and focus: ability to balance competing priorities and make trade-off decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling and presenting to stakeholders.
- Adaptability and continuous learning about blockchain and financial-services trends.
