About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist Directors with day-to-day activities involving attorneys, paralegals, firms, and internal departments to obtain approved fundings
  • Build rapport, nurture, and grow existing Oasis relationships
  • Handle incoming calls professionally with clear communication and prompt follow-through
  • Send internal and external emails to company departments, plaintiffs, attorneys, and other funding companies
  • Review contracts and facilitate contract signatures
  • Handle plaintiff-related questions about current cases
  • Work in an organized fashion with extreme attention to detail
  • Serve as a backup for Directors and other Regional Account Managers when needed
  • Open new business within existing accounts and help manage accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • High School graduate required
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience working in the Personal Injury field or Pre-Settlement Funding a plus
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong aptitude to listen
  • Excellent PC skills, including email and MS Office (Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • High level of drive, motivation, and goal-orientation
  • Organized, detail-oriented, confident, positive, passionate, deadline-oriented, and compassionate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task
