Key responsibilities & impact

Manage internal and client facing reporting for the revenue department
Build and analyze financial models
Focus on financial analytics
Collaborate with project management, operations, and data teams
Represent the revenue department in meetings with stakeholders across the company
Present findings to the revenue leadership team
Coordinate with the legal team for contract reviews
Requires excellent organizational skills and direct interaction with C-level executives

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 + years of experience in financial modeling and reporting
Experience in healthcare revenue cycle and/or analytics
Strong excel experience generating financial models
Strong presentation skills presenting findings to CXO level
Experience with SQL a plus
Project Management background a plus
Must have excellent organizational skills
Experience building financial models
Bachelor’s Degree required (finance, accounting, economics, or related field required)
Fundamental and working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
High proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling
Ability to work with and analyze large data sets
Work autonomously and as part of a team, assisting team members as needed to complete projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
