Key responsibilities & impact

Provide guidance to prospective students
Collect inquiries and applications
Handle inbound/outbound communication through phone calls, emails, chats, and texts
Assist prospective students with all phases of the recruitment and enrollment process
Manage travel schedule for school visits and meetings
Keep databases updated and maintained pertaining to personal activity
Provide on-campus tours as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree
strong communication skills
Previous customer service or phone experience preferred
Ability to intuitively reason
analyze information and events
apply judgment to solve problems
Excellent computer and organizational skills
Regularly lift 20 pounds or fewer
valid driver’s license with a minimum of five (5) years of documented driving history
maintain a clean driving record
