Requirements
What you’ll need- Some college experience
- Customer service/sales experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a contact center preferred
- Ability to work first/second shifts and rotating Saturdays
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hours
- Ability to reason, analyze information, and identify potential issues
- Ability to apply sound judgment in order to find solutions to solve problems
