Plan, initiate, coordinate, and execute traditional and agile information technology projects to meet customer requirements, including scope, schedule, and budget
Troubleshoot and report project risk and execution problems
Escalate to management appropriately and in timely fashion
Manage project performance indicators and recovery actions to meet SLA requirements
Coordinate project planned related customer, engineering staff, and external vendor activities
Ensures effective communication between all project stakeholders
Support the project and technology engineering staff as needed
Support the IS Accounts staff for project related vendor management
Author and submit project documentation and reports
Specialization with Service-Now ITSM toolset for project management
Learn existing and emerging technologies, processes, products, services in use at Liberty University
Creatively resolve issues as they are identified
Participate in a mentoring program within assigned Departments as a Mentee, Mentor, or both as experience is gained
Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission
Requirements
4 year college degree with a concentration in Information Services or Project Management
