About the role
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Paid training and licensing provided; training 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires
- Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST) for minimum 12 months
- No cold calls, all incoming warm leads
- Represent Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers to the right products
- Maintain W@H requirements and use provided computer equipment
Requirements
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
- Must be able to maintain department Work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed
