About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage scheduling, document preparation, and logistical coordination for Market Operations deliverables.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to managers and analysts.
  • Route requests and coordinate follow-ups between Market Operations and internal departments.
  • Prepare and format client-facing materials including meeting agendas, summaries, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation for contracts, renewals, trackers, and templates.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and issue tracking to support on-time completion.
  • Track key milestones and provide reminders and follow-ups as needed.
  • Identify gaps in administrative processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in administrative support or project coordination roles required.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or managed care strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with health plan operations or client service environments (preferred).
