About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the client reporting process, partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Identify and help resolve discrepancies in reporting, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between Client Services and internal departments to facilitate communication and follow-through.
  • Assist with client-related deliverables, including fulfilling requests and supporting Account Executives and Sales Coordinators.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client account documentation, including reporting schedules and trackers.
  • Ensure consistency and accessibility of operational records.
  • Proactively identify and resolve routine operational issues.
  • Contribute to process improvements by streamlining workflows, enhancing communication, and increasing efficiency.
  • Support the development and refinement of procedures and documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or healthcare operations required.
  • Prior experience in managed care or health insurance strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across teams.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with project tracking tools or CRM systems preferred.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset.
