• Support the Manager, Rates and Regulatory Affairs for research and analysis for specific regulatory affairs and or rates issues for Liberty Utilities’ New Hampshire entities
• Assist with the preparation and implementation of rates filings and regulatory filings required at the state level
• Has responsibility for specific reports and studies with local regulatory commissions/authorities and other key stakeholders
• Perform other assignments as directed
• Supports and prepares the company’s regulatory applications and filings to obtain all necessary permits, licenses, certificates, authorizations, and rate approvals

Analyst I, Rates and Regulatory Affairs

• Responsible for all regulatory affairs and rates related functions for Liberty's operating entities in New York
• Perform regulatory and governmental outreach, prepare and implement rates filings and regulatory filings required at the state level
• Manage the relationship with local regulatory commissions/authorities and other key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide regulatory leadership and advice to direct and indirect reports to ensure regulatory compliance and to maximize earnings at the local state level
• Establish and maintain good relationships with regulators and intervenors
• Prepare and execute filings at the Public Service Commission
• Serve as an expert witness on regulatory matters

• Oversees the preparation and submission of accurate and impactful rate cases and other regulatory filings to the regulators who oversee Liberty’s East region utilities.

Senior Director, Rates & Regulatory Affairs

Operations

• Directs and supports a team responsible for the safe, compliant, timely and on-budget execution of field services, construction, and maintenance
• Overseeing the definition and implementation of operations & maintenance manual and associated procedures
• Ensures compliance to O&M, Federal and State Laws, local mandates, Safety and Regulatory requirements

• Responsible for the review of month-end accounting system processes for fixed asset accounting functions, oversight of monthly variance analyses, regulatory and FP&A support, and high level of interactions with the Operations and Engineering teams
• Responsible for managing regulatory rate cases, data requests, and compliance reporting.
• Accountable for executing fixed asset accounting month-end closing processes

Data Analyst

• Manage a team of Data Analysts to support operational oversight and strategic initiatives
• Oversee all aspects in the data lifecycle, including data cleansing, transformation, data loading into repositories for analysis
• Facilitate decision making and project management of Liberty’s Customer Excellence Framework
• Integrate advanced data analytics to support Liberty’s Contact Center, Billing and Revenue Operations

Manager, Data Analytics

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop regulatory filings for CPUC, including testimony, forecasts, work papers, and responses to data requests.

Administration

• Responsible for creating and managing departmental O&M and Capital budget. Monitor monthly to ensure that budgets are at or under budget.
• Oversee landowner communications and negotiations, resolve claims and encroachments, and coordinate with regulators, surveyors, engineers, and legal counsel to secure property rights.
• Exercise managerial skills to direct and monitor the timely acquisition of real estate, rights-of-way, easements, leases, and permits for the construction of new facilities required by the Company.
• Manage internal ROW staff and external agents, ensuring workload distribution, performance, safety, and compliance with policies and laws.
