About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as part of a feature development team and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code and tests
- Review current components, suggesting updates as needed
- Write and utilize technical change documentation
- Remain up-to-date on all current best practices, trends, and industry developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years experience in the software engineering role
- Excellent knowledge of Java SE (21+)
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle (11g), confident performance optimization experience
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, MVC, Data, etc. (3+)
- Experience in developing high-load data processing systems
- Experience with ORM technologies (JPA, Hibernate)
- Understanding of ESB (Kafka preferred)
- Nice to have**
- Work experience in financial, investment, or trading companies
- Good knowledge of data structures, architectural patterns
- Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB)
- Experience with Cloud Native Environment (AWS preferred)
- Experience with SOA and microservices
- Understanding of Agile methodologies**
