Premium Customer Success Officer, German Speaking
Libertex EuropePremium Customer Success Officer responsible for client relationships and satisfaction in the Forex industry. Ensuring high levels of client service and understanding financial markets.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with existing clients, offer them the best solution services.
- Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied as well as gaining and using feedback.
- Researching industry trends.
- Giving presentations to clients about products or services.
- Resolving and answering any questions asked by the client, if able to help or escalate it to the relevant department.
- Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients.
- Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Economics, Business, or any other relevant field
- At least two years of experience in a Client Relationship, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support role within the Forex industry
- Excellent command of the German and English language. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
- Good understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
- Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Being familiar with our at least main events / parameters of events / profile parameters
- Self-motivated and high achiever
- Excellent communication and time management skills
