Define and prioritize problem spaces: Identify the highest-impact opportunities across customers and workflows
Lead complex, cross-functional engagements: Drive discovery, design, and delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
Set direction for agent design: Guide solution architecture and key tradeoffs, including customization vs standardization
Own execution across initiatives: Ensure alignment, momentum, and delivery predictability across multi-threaded efforts
Build and improve delivery systems: Establish frameworks for scoping, execution, measurement, and quality
Translate patterns into platform: Turn cross-customer learnings into product and platform improvements
Influence roadmap and strategy: Shape product and technical direction based on field insights
Raise the bar across the team: Improve standards for product thinking, execution rigor, and delivery excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (required)
8–12+ years of experience across product, solutions, consulting, or technical leadership roles
Deep experience leading complex, customer-facing implementations or transformations
Strong ability to connect business problems to scalable technical solutions
Track record of driving both product direction and execution across teams
Experience managing large, multi-threaded initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and influence across technical and executive audiences
Experience with AI/ML systems, automation platforms, or highly technical SaaS products (nice to have)
Background in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries (nice to have)
Experience shaping product strategy from field or customer insights (nice to have)
Familiarity with building scalable systems or platform capabilities from repeated deployments (nice to have)
