About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and refine management reports and tools to support decision-making across business areas;
Facilitate interpretation of available market data by developing critical analyses of the information, thereby adding value to the insights provided;
Maintain and improve area processes by updating procedures and pursuing continuous improvement;
Conduct studies to identify sales growth opportunities among customers participating in the sales distribution chain;
Ensure the business rules applied to company KPIs overseen by the area;
Respond to ad‑hoc requests from internal stakeholders in a critical manner, deepening understanding of the need and proposing value-added solutions to the requester

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related fields;
Experience in data analysis, KPI development and identifying process improvement opportunities in business operations;
Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing and manipulating data;
Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar platforms;
Experience with automation and productivity tools such as Power Automate, Python for automation, RPA or equivalent solutions;
Strong knowledge in developing tabular cubes;
Experience organizing, processing and analyzing structured and unstructured data to generate insights and support decision-making;
Ability to document business rules, process flows, data requirements, acceptance criteria and improvement opportunities;
Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
