About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and enhance project management processes for all project phases;
- Develop and maintain detailed project management documentation, such as templates, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), flowcharts and best practices, organized to promote standardization;
- Provide support to project teams, ensuring that everyone understands and follows the established processes;
- Collect feedback and suggested improvements from the areas involved in the process to understand their needs and ensure processes meet requirements and expectations;
- Collect, analyze and consolidate project performance indicators, producing reports on project progress, efficiency and outcomes. Use this data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of project management processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid);
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello);
- Experience designing and improving project management processes;
- Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience working in a PMO;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with post-registration (post-approval) projects;
- Intermediate English.
