About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement learning strategies and solutions for the factory and Logistics Centers, aligned with business needs, regulatory requirements, and the specific characteristics of the target audiences.
  • Identify and analyze, together with client areas, technical, operational, and behavioral training needs, prioritizing initiatives that strengthen performance, safety, quality, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Design, develop, and deliver in-person and online training, learning programs, and development activities, ensuring employees are prepared to perform their roles safely and effectively.
  • Ensure employees are trained in mandatory trainings, systems, tools, and processes required for their roles, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • Manage the governance of external and in-company training, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, appropriate contracting of providers, validation of educational solutions with subject-matter areas, and defining the knowledge management strategy for dissemination and retention of learning.
  • Plan and conduct the technical onboarding program for new employees at the factory and Logistics Centers, preparing them to work safely, productively, and in alignment with the company’s culture, quality standards, and processes.
  • Manage the training budget for the service area, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and prioritization of strategic initiatives for the business.
  • Monitor training and development indicators, proposing and tracking continuous improvement actions in partnership with client areas.
  • Communicate and promote guidelines, policies, and programs under Talent Development responsibility, advising managers and client areas on their application and governance.
  • Participate in projects and multidisciplinary working groups, contributing expertise in learning, competency development, and knowledge management.
  • Keep up with trends, methodologies, and innovations in corporate learning, incorporating best practices that promote the ongoing evolution of workforce capability.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Proven experience in Training and Development;
  • Strong command of Instructional Design;
  • Knowledge of active learning methodologies;
  • Experience building learning paths and evaluating training results;
  • Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, and leading groups;
  • Knowledge of training metrics and measurement of results;
  • Proficiency with content and e-learning tools (Articulate, Rise, Canva).
