About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and improve project management processes for all project phases;
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of project management processes, including templates, standard operating procedures, flowcharts, and best practices in an organized manner to promote standardization;
  • Provide support to project teams, ensuring that everyone understands and follows established processes;
  • Gather feedback and improvement suggestions from stakeholders involved in the process to understand their needs and ensure processes meet requirements and expectations;
  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate project performance indicators, producing reports on project progress, efficiency, and outcomes. Use these data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous optimization of project management processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Industrial/Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid);
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello);
  • Experience in designing and improving project management processes;
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience working in a PMO (Project Management Office);
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with post-registration projects;
  • Intermediate English.
