About the role
- Analyze business needs, identify problems and opportunities, and recommend technological solutions that effectively meet the areas' requirements;
- Continuously prospect technological developments and innovations to identify opportunities that keep the company at the technological forefront;
- Collaborate with points of contact within agile teams to guide the implementation of improvements, leveraging existing system solutions to optimize resources;
- Support business areas in prioritizing the demand backlog;
- Contribute to the definition of systems architecture, technology selection and discussions with vendors;
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications;
- Conduct interviews, workshops and research to understand departments' processes and needs, and document technical requirements;
- Contribute to the preparation of business cases and project feasibility analyses to guide decision-making and team formation;
- Provide user support for the use of newly implemented systems and technologies, and assist in the development and delivery of training to ensure understanding and effective use of new tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields;
- Previous experience in business analysis within the IT sector, including problem identification, opportunity exploration and recommendation of technological solutions;
- Experience in requirements gathering and preparation of detailed technical documentation;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using agile and traditional systems development methodologies, ensuring control of timelines, scope and deliverables.
