About the role
- Achieve sales targets and product market penetration by establishing productive relationships with specialists, key opinion leaders and decision-makers;
- Meet sales and market share objectives through strategic planning, effectively allocating time and available financial resources;
- Deliver the best promotional performance for the company's products through training, refinement of sales techniques, and thorough knowledge of promoted products, competitors and, above all, physicians' prescribing behavior;
- Support the sustainability of the company’s brands and maintain physician prescriptions by developing, refining and adapting sales strategies, effectively addressing objections and expressed needs, maintaining appropriate promotional frequency and sequencing, and providing constructive, aligned interactions with physicians;
- Maximize portfolio productivity through route planning and optimization, continuous updating and maintenance of medical registration records, and targeting our products to primary areas of prescribing potential based on audits and tools provided by the company;
- Ensure an excellent company image in the market through professional knowledge and a respectful, ethical approach with physicians, patients and clinic staff;
- Contribute to a positive organizational climate through a collaborative, participative attitude in proposing alternatives and suggestions to District Managers and team colleagues;
- Actively participate in process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed;
- Valid driver's license (CNH);
- Willingness to reside in the position's base city;
- Availability to travel.

- Preferably, previous experience in commercial activities and/or customer service.
