About the role

  • Lead governance forums, project meetings and steering committees with partners.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external areas, taking cultural and technical differences into account.
  • Prepare minutes, decision records and action plans, ensuring traceability and alignment.
  • Review and monitor contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
  • Proactively mitigate technical, regulatory and financial risks.
  • Support due diligence processes, organizing communication flows between internal and external teams.
  • Integrate schedules and priorities with internal areas (Regulatory, Quality, Supply, Industrial, Finance, Marketing).
  • Develop KPIs and status, risk and delivery reports to monitor the partnership portfolio.
  • Remove impediments and promote integration to ensure goals and results.
  • Support the economic feasibility phase of projects, contributing to risk analysis, financial impacts and cost assumptions.
  • Analyze IQVIA audit data and collaborate with S&OP to optimize inventory and ordering.
  • Safeguard the technical and financial sustainability of external partnership projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in a technical field (Pharmacy/Chemistry/Engineering) or in business.
  • Previous experience in new business, strategic alliances or projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of P&L and economic feasibility.
  • Fluent spoken English required.
  • Availability for in-person meetings with partners and international travel.
  • Knowledge of market auditing (data handling, reporting and market analysis).
  • Strong ability to interpret contracts, schedules and technical documents.
  • Intermediate to advanced Spanish.
  • Previous experience in global projects or working with international teams.
