About the role

  • Design and structure promotional activities (campaigns and merchandising), taking into account price analyses, discounts, inventory and store profile in partnership with customers (retailers and distributors);
  • Implement promotional activities in coordination with Sales, Commercial and Demand teams to ensure all stakeholders are informed about active promotions;
  • Analyze the ROI of activities together with our clients and marketing teams to ensure results are achieved or renegotiated;
  • Make course corrections and strategic adjustments through alignment with the Account Manager and the client;
  • Negotiate with clients the deployment of merchandising materials developed by the trade/category and marketing teams, aiming to increase sell-out;
  • Manage payments for activities negotiated with clients and oversee accounting, informing product marketing and finance teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Previous experience in Trade Marketing (channel) processes within the pharmaceutical industry, including strategic activities involving budgets and initiatives aligned with clients and points of sale (POS);
  • Required knowledge of market audits: MDTR and PMB;
  • Knowledge of Dunnhumby market audits.
