Data Analyst

• Collect, profile, process, and analyze data from various systems, to provide valuable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate with the Data Products teams and Business stakeholders to provide decision-support solutions, as well as build and enhance Liaison’s Data Products
• Analyze data and reports to identify quality and process issues and make improvements.
• Present data-driven analysis and insights to diverse technical and non-technical audiences and drive business and technology enhancements.
• Needs to be available during US business hours

Accountant

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports using the SAP Concur system and ensure interface with MS Dynamics GP
• Manage shared email box to research and resolve invoice disputes and questions while communicating the processing status and expected payment dates for vendor invoices
• Download, analyze, and record daily bank transactions
• Analyze general ledger accounts and prepare timely account reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Participate in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close process
• Identify discrepancies, evaluate source(s) of problems, and develop solutions to address them
• Work collaboratively with various departments throughout the organization and other accounting team members to understand business transactions and ensure accurate accounting
• Respond to Ad hoc requests

Staff Accountant

Vice President

• Design and implement regional sales strategies addressing customer needs and issues while meeting assigned sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead prospects through the entire sales cycle from first call to successful deal closure involving prospecting best practices, management of inbound leads and development and execution of outreach campaigns.
• Must be able to negotiate and close contracts.
• Be able to work effectively within a team-selling environment.
• Conduct thorough discovery and diligence with prospective client, prior to presenting a solution.
• Conduct sales calls and articulate benefits and features of UniCAS, CAS, TargetX solutions and/or EMP solutions and services to prospective clients.
• Proactively manages the deal team and overall sales strategy.
• Present sales demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Analyze and track competitive activities and adjust Liaison’s positions accordingly.
• Read the market, recognize trends, and communicate information from the field to management and relationship managers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of account history, established process and procedure specific to each client, and key issues for all assigned accounts.
• Respond to client requests and problems with timeliness and interest, develop professional credibility and trust among clients.
• Provide timely and accurate forecasting and information for sales, to business development, implementation, finance, and development teams.
• Maintain thorough documentation of sales activity and document information obtained during sales calls and presentations into SFDC. Convey information regarding prospective clients’ needs that are not met by current products to appropriate staff.

AVP, Graduate Enrollment Management Solutions

IT Support

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-users on Windows and macOS devices, including basic network and printer troubleshooting.
• Monitor and work IT service desk/ticket queues, ensuring timely response, clear communication, and accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Log and track service requests and incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with end-users.
• Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals for new hires (accounts, standard software, security tools, and access).
• Ship, receive, and process IT equipment (new gear, returns, replacements), ensuring items are tested, labeled, and recorded in inventory.
• Maintain and update IT asset and inventory records for laptops and accessories, including check-in/check-out and lifecycle updates.
• Assist with user account management (password resets, access requests, and basic permissions changes) following established procedures.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors when needed and follow through to resolution.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the next level of support and follow through to resolution.
• Contribute to and use internal documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues and standard setups.
• Support small office moves or changes (desk moves, basic cabling, workstation setup).
• Ensure day-to-day adherence to IT security policies in endpoints, assist in basic user access management, and reinforce security best practices with end-users (e.g., phishing, device hygiene).
• Provide basic training for end-users on how to use their devices and standard business applications, especially during onboarding.
• Provides hands-on support for conference rooms, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting of AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and room technology. Ensures meetings start on time, assists users with connectivity or presentation issues, and proactively maintains room readiness.
• Liaise with external service providers for hardware warranty claims, repairs, and simple procurement requests as directed by the IT Manager.
• Collaborate with remote IT support team members to coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding tasks and ensure consistent standards across locations.
