About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the organisation, its people and clients through enterprise changes to maintain competitiveness and modernisation in wealth management
- Develop and execute change management strategies for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Assess organisational impact and establish integrated stakeholder, communications, learning, readiness, implementation and adoption plans
- Coordinate change activities with program milestones, delivery plans and governance requirements
- Lead impact assessments across people, processes, technology, data, controls, policies, roles and client experience
- Establish readiness criteria, coordinate assessments, identify adoption barriers and report change risks and adoption to governance forums
- Build relationships with transformation leads, project managers, business analysts, technology teams and business stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, develop stakeholder engagement plans and support leaders and change champion networks
- Develop communications and engagement plans with the Internal Communications Team
- Assess learning needs, develop learning strategies and materials, coordinate training, and monitor effectiveness
- Partner with project and business teams on implementation, transition, migration, rollouts and post-launch support
- Define adoption measures, analyse feedback and performance data, and embed changes into business-as-usual processes and governance
- Assess outcomes and benefits realisation, lead post-implementation reviews and apply lessons learned
- Provide change leadership across concurrent initiatives and promote consistent enterprise change management standards, tools and practices
- Advise senior leaders on organisational capacity, readiness and change risk; coach project teams and business leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive organisational change management experience within banking, wealth management, financial services or another highly regulated industry
- Demonstrated success leading change for complex, enterprise-wide business and technology transformation
- Experience managing change across multiple business functions, stakeholder groups and concurrent initiatives
- Strong capability across impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness and adoption
- Experience working with business and technology teams throughout the end-to-end delivery lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to advise, influence and constructively challenge executives and senior leaders
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation and written communication skills
- Strong judgement and ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, competing priorities and demanding timeframes
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery environments
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline
