About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritise initiatives, and resolve issues across multiple streams.
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear, sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
Create user stories and walkthrough these with business and technology teams.
Support Senior Business Analyst and Business Owners in breaking down of Epics into stories and capture of the acceptance criteria.
Support the Project Managers in planning and implementation of both business and technical components of initiatives.
You will support the developers and testers through the sprint cycle to achieve sprint goals and deliver value to the stakeholders.
Support delivery through definition, design, and testing phases ensuring traceability from requirements to test cases and quality outcomes.
Prepare stakeholder communications, deliver demos and training, and assist with business procedure documentation.
Identify process improvements and contribute to business case or lean canvas development for future initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years as a Business Analyst or 5+ years in Wealth Management with BA responsibilities
Strong exposure working with Wealth Advisory/Private Banking platforms
Avaloq experience is highly desirable
Experience in process mapping, user story development, and Agile frameworks
Resilient, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in JIRA and advanced Excel skills
Understanding of wealth management products and services are highly desirable
Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies are a plus
Degree qualified.
