About the role
- Lead and manage sales activities within a designated geographic territory
- Drive revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and execution of sales initiatives
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Lead a team of sales representatives
- Implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and support market expansion
- Prepare business and sales forecasts and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage administrative tasks
Requirements
- Proactive attitude with a strong sales drive
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Team player
- Excellent technical understanding
- Excellent native-level language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Strong results orientation with a proactive mindset to make adjustments and improvements when needed
- Good knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite
- Strong presentation skills
- Naturally driven to continuously improve in all areas
