About the role
- As an Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading and managing sales activities within a specific geographic area.
- Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve sales targets through effective leadership, strategic planning, and execution of sales initiatives.
- Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, leading a team of sales representatives, and implementing sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
Requirements
- Proactive attitude and strong sales drive.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant sales experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Team player.
- Excellent technical understanding.
- Excellent native-language proficiency (written and spoken) and good English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Strong results orientation with a proactive mindset to make adjustments and improvements when needed.
- Good knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Good presentation skills.
