About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for private and exclusive brands within our portfolio
  • Implement targeted sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for sales and profit expansion
  • Oversee product development initiatives to align with market demands and business goals
  • Lead and support conversion activities to Private/Exclusive Brands
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Group to establish competitive pricing structures that maximize profitability while remaining attractive to customers
  • Develop compelling content for external websites, social media platforms, and marketing collateral
  • Drive initiatives that shift the product category toward a solutions-based selling approach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers
  • Develop and lead training programs for Sales and Customer Service teams, ensuring they have in-depth product knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related role
  • Experience as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Hydraulic Hose, Fittings, and accessories
  • Experience and ability to interpret market trends and sales data
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable results
