About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Interact with customers from various fields in a laboratory setting
  • Triage customers to the appropriate Sales Account Manager/Account Executive and assist in lead generation
  • Manage customer quotes and literature requests for diverse product lines
  • Receive all technical calls and triage appropriately
  • Update and maintain CRM systems
  • Capture new product inquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 – 5 years of customer-facing experience
  • Understanding of sales processes and goals
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and function independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • Five years of relevant work experience
  • CRM experience and customer interfacing highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
