About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager and the eCommerce team to capture and analyze business needs for assigned projects
- Assessing the business impact of requirements and detailing the As-Is and To-Be processes for each project
- Identifying measurable advantages for each project and guaranteeing they align with the strategic objectives of the eCommerce roadmap
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and addressing issues to ensure project requirements are met flawlessly
- Building positive relationships with key business team members to ensure effective collaboration
- Engaging effectively across all teams within LGC IT and Standards business units
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Formal qualification in business analysis and requirements definition at the practitioner level
- Demonstrable experience in delivering eCommerce projects
- Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio for detailing business requirements
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to provide well-balanced updates to senior business representatives
