About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Director of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing LG Pro Builder's sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Operating at both strategic and execution levels, the Director of Sales SE partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales performance, and position LG Pro Builder as a trusted partner within its target markets.
- This role is responsible for achieving revenue goals, expanding key accounts, and establishing scalable sales processes that support long-term business growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve annual and long-term revenue objectives.
- Own sales performance, forecasting, pipeline management, and overall revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic accounts to expand LG Pro Builder's customer base.
- Develop growth plans for existing customers through account expansion, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and strategic opportunities.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for high-value customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Represent LG Pro Builder at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and organizational performance goals.
