About the role

Develop, maintain and improve forecasting models to accurately forecast Revenue, COGS, Operating expenses and Operating Income, with a strong focus on COGS and OPEX
Provide periodic reporting to budget owners on spend tracking and develop inputs to the forecast as needed
Provide analytical support and monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of changes; conduct deep dives when observing abnormal trends
Work closely with Accounting during month end close to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Develop and maintain relationships with key department personnel and team members
Identify key variance drivers to explain variances to plan, forecast, YoY & QoQ
Build and maintain key metrics across inventory, demand and supply to drive decisions
Help develop and deploy enterprise financial forecast tools to allow for more efficient and scalable FP&A processes

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
3+ years of professional experience in FP&A or related area
Ability to understand business drivers, build financial forecasts and communicate effectively
Superior analytical capabilities with deep understanding of how a business operates
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced team environment that will be rapidly changing
Comfortable in an evolving environment and eagerness for problem solving
Legally authorized to work in the United States (application requests work authorization)
Preferred: Experience working in the CTV advertising landscape
Preferred: Experience in Salesforce & NetSuite
