About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own pipeline creation for your segment: targets for meetings held, SQLs, qualified pipeline €, coverage, and conversion rates.
  • Lead, coach, and develop BDRs: weekly 1:1s, call coaching, deal/account coaching, skill diagnostics, performance plans; raise the bar on quality, not just activity.
  • Build a repeatable outbound system: ICP refinement, messaging frameworks, multi-threading plays, account plans, sequencing (email/phone/LinkedIn), objection handling, and “next step” discipline.
  • Operational excellence: forecasting for pipeline generation, dashboarding, QA of CRM hygiene, and tight feedback loops with AEs on lead quality and disposition.
  • Hiring and onboarding: source/interview BDR talent; structured onboarding plan; ramp to productivity with clear milestones.
  • Cross-functional alignment: translate market feedback into product/marketing inputs; coordinate campaigns and account-based initiatives; create a clean handoff motion BDR → AE.
  • Experimentation and iteration: run A/B tests on messaging, segments, channels, sequences; scale what works, kill what doesn’t. Fast.
  • Set culture: high standards, low ego, high ownership; truth over vibes (clean reporting, no sandbagging, no “happy ears”).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven BDR leadership in B2B SaaS: built/coached teams that consistently hit pipeline targets (not “activity targets”).
  • Enterprise/mid-market outbound competence: account-based prospecting, multi-stakeholder mapping, multi-threading, and value-based messaging.
  • Strong coaching craft: you can diagnose why performance is low (skill vs will vs territory vs messaging) and fix it with a plan.
  • Data-driven operator: comfortable with funnel metrics, conversion levers, experimentation design, and performance management.
  • Tool fluency: CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), sequencing, Sales Navigator; strong hygiene and reporting discipline.
