About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from defining hiring needs to crafting strategies and writing compelling job descriptions.
Sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a strong focus on technical and product roles.
Optimizing our recruitment pipeline to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
Developing and executing employer branding initiatives to showcase what makes Lexroom.ai a great place to work.
Collaborating with our leadership and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting, with direct experience in hiring for Sales roles like Account Executive, SDR, Sales Manager.
Strong sourcing skills, particularly with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Italian is a plus!
Experience with employer branding and building a strong company culture.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics. Experience with Ashby is a plus.
A commitment to accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
