About the role

  • Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and a product evangelist on our Barcelona Sales Hub, identifying new use cases for our Italian market customers.
  • Drive Lexroom’s ambitious ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel. Your mission will be to find prospects, conduct product demos, and close deals.
  • Work closely with prospects to identify their pain points, goals, and potential development opportunities.
  • Monitor the market closely for Lexroom. Work closely with the product team by providing valuable feedback from current and potential clients.

Requirements

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Willing to relocate to or already based in Barcelona — this is an on-site office role.
  • You are a power user of sales support tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • You never stop learning and challenging yourself, and you're eager to join a rapidly growing startup.
  • You are humble and hungry: you are thrilled to grow big and you want to be at front-line professional in actions, tasks and results.
  • You are not afraid of speaking up: you believe in the power of straight talking.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English. Spanish is a plus!
  • Optional, but a bonus: You have a law degree.
