About the role
- Become an expert on Lexroom and a product specialist, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal
- Manage customers, conduct checkpoints/interviews, and do upsells
- Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the product
- Prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal teams, and share insights
Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience in a Sales, Ops, or customer-facing roles
- Familiar with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
- Eager to join a rapidly growing startup
- Optional but a bonus: Law degree
- Speak both Italian and English.
