About the role

  • Plan and manage events end-to-end, from initial brief to post-event debrief — ensuring every detail is handled with precision.
  • Oversee internal events such as team events, workshops, and company-wide meetings, creating experiences that strengthen team cohesion and culture.
  • Coordinate external events, including trade fairs, conferences, webinar and partner activations, ensuring flawless execution and high visibility for the Lexroom brand.
  • Define objectives, and timelines, working closely with leadership, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Supervise suppliers and partners, from logistics and catering to venue setup and technical operations.
  • Collaborate with communication teams to align event marketing, newsletters, and social content before and after each activation.
  • Manage networking and registration platforms (e.g., Brella, Luma) to maximize attendee engagement and experience.
  • Track performance and collect feedback to continuously refine processes and elevate event quality over time.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in event operations, coordination, or project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and dynamic environments.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Italian (minimum C1 level).
  • Familiarity with event and webinar management tools (e.g., Brella, Luma) or visual content creation is a plus.
