About the role
- Ownership of the Lexroom Sales Academy: design and run recurring training programs (onboarding, ramp-up, advanced training), defining goals, content, schedule, and success metrics.
- New hire onboarding: Own the full onboarding experience—first week onboarding and the first 2 months ramp-up—for all new sales hires, coordinating agendas, materials, internal speakers, and practical exercises.
- Hands-on training: Personally deliver training modules (sales methodology, discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, pipeline management) with role-plays, call coaching, and structured feedback.
- Training content upkeep: Keep playbooks, scripts, templates, and Academy materials up to date with product, market, and team performance; turn internal success stories (calls, emails, sequences, complex deals) into reusable training assets.
- Execution with managers: Partner closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure training is applied in real pipelines, calls, and demos.
- Global collaboration: Align the Academy with global initiatives and export Italian best practices to new international markets.
Requirements
- Experience in sales management, sales enablement, or project management in B2B environments (ideally SaaS, tech, or consulting).
- Strong PMO mindset: able to turn needs into structured plans, align stakeholders, manage timelines, deliver results, and measure impact.
- Comfortable both presenting publicly (training, workshops, role-plays) and working in detail on processes, content, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
- Highly hands-on and execution-driven: you don’t just design programs—you join calls, analyze numbers, and iterate fast.
